The theme is “Open”, show us your best artwork in any medium or style.

We are looking for artworks to fit the following size categories:

1. Three matching artworks: either

   • Two pieces 20 x 24 inches + one piece 39 x 39 inches, or

   • Three pieces all the same size within this range.

2. Two matching small artworks: between 12 x 12 inches and 14 x 14 inches. (We would also consider four pieces of this size if they work as a set.)

3. Two matching artworks: 32 x 24 inches.

4. Two large matching artworks: up to 59 x 47 inches (vertical orientation).

You can apply to one or several categories.
For each category please apply separately.

Style Guidelines:
The hotel features a classical modern style. Wall colors are light blue or grey, and furniture tones include blue, beige, dark wood, and light grey. The concept is inspired by British lifestyle and tradition, linked to iconic figures, landmarks, and heritage.

We are open to any medium or style, including abstract and photography, as long as the work complements the color palette, style, and atmosphere described.

Please indicate the earliest possible delivery date to London. We will then contact you with further details and participation fee amount. A payment for the service will only be needed if you are selected to exhibit.

Exhibition start: From April 2026, the exact dates will be discussed with the selected artist

The exhibition period is minimum 6 months. 

Suggested artwork price range: 200 £ – 4500 £

• Artworks must have hanging wires on the back
• Artworks must be framed. All artworks in one size category must have the same or matching frames.

Important Notes for Applicants:

• Please apply only if you are serious about this opportunity.

• The artist is responsible for shipping, delivery, and pickup of the artworks to and from the venue, either in person or via courier.

• The artist is solely responsible for insuring their artworks for the entire duration of the exhibition.

 Do not apply if:

• • Your artworks will not be available for at least 6 months.

  • You cannot deliver the works as early as April 2026.

  • You are not prepared to pay the participation fee.

Important: 

• Image Requirements: Image should not exceed 2MB. Image should be in jpeg format. 
• Artist is responsible for shipping costs and delivery and pickup of the artworks to and from the venue, in person or by shipping
  • Artist must provide appropriate packaging and return labels

• All artworks delivered to the hotel must be wired for hanging
• All artworks delivered to the hotel must be ready for the exposition: framed in some cases can have their sides of the canvas painted (!)
• Only the artworks selected and agreed with you in our communications by email will be displayed
• Influence Gallery and the Hotel ensures care and custody of the works received, however we decline any responsibility for damage to the artworks, theft or loss by the courier and during the detention of the works. The artist is the only one responsible for taking an insurance for artworks during the entire period of physical exhibition, including the delivery.
