Exclusive Solo Exhibition Package in Geneva

One artist and around 20 artworks will be chosen for the Solo exhibition from February 2026.

This offer is valid for both Swiss and international artists.

What’s Included:

1-2 Months Exhibition (depending on artist’s availability)
• Exhibit 10 to 20 artworks, depending on size. Artworks will be displayed on the walls

• Mailing list outreach including buyers, press, galleries, curators, and blogs
• Exposure to art lovers and enthusiasts in Geneva

Support & Logistics
• Curatorial assistance with artwork selection and arrangement
• Assistance with setup and take-down
• Assistance with art handling for international artists who cannot visit in person

Sales
• Pricing advice and sales support
• Sales management during the exhibition (30% commission on sold works)

Service Price: 900 CHF (all inclusive, to be paid only by the artist selected)

The theme is “Open”, show us your best artwork in any medium or style.

The hotel particularly likes: Fashion Photography, Modern Pop Art, and Nature Landscapes.

Only one Artist and the artworks for the exhibition will be selected by the panel of Juries from Rotary Hotel Geneva.

The application fee is 5 CHF, non-refundable.

To apply, fill out the form and pay the 5 CHF application fee. We will then contact you with further details. A Full payment of 900 CHF will only be needed if you are selected to exhibit. A payment link for the remaining 895 CHF will be provided after your application is confirmed.

Exhibition start: From February 2026, the exact dates will be discussed with the selected artist

We can assist with packing the remaining artworks in the provided packaging for return shipping. This makes it an ideal opportunity for international artists who cannot visit in person

Suggested artwork price range: 100 CHF – 2999 CHF
Artworks must have hanging wires on the back

Sizes:
• A few large pieces: max 150 cm x 150 cm
• Medium formats (6-8 works): approx. 80 cm x 60 cm
• Smaller formats (10 works): below 50 cm x 50 cm

Our exhibitions are open to international and Swiss artists.

Important:

Image Requirements: Image should not exceed 2MB. Image should be in jpeg format.
Application fee 5 CHF is non-refundable
Artist is responsible for shipping costs and delivery and pickup of the artworks to and from the venue, in person or by shipping
• Artist must provide appropriate packaging and return labels

All artworks delivered to the hotel must be wired for hanging
All artworks delivered to the hotel must be ready for the exposition: framed (mandatory for artworks on paper) or have their sides of the canvas painted (!)
Please don’t send any unsolicited artworks to the hotel, before the judgement or after. Only the artworks selected and agreed with you in our communications by email will be displayed
Influence Gallery and Rotary Hotel Geneva ensures care and custody of the works received, however we decline any responsibility for damage to the artworks, theft or loss by the courier and during the detention of the works. The artist is the only one responsible for taking an insurance for artworks during the entire period of physical exhibition, including the delivery.
